Ammar Al-Hafiz is the Founder, Managing Partner and CEO of Al-Hafiz Consult, and a leading expert in Zakat, tax and accounting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He brings more than 20 years of experience gained with major international accounting firms and across a wide range of client sectors.
He began his career with global audit and advisory firms including Ernst & Young and Deloitte, then worked with Al-Hameed & Al-Yahya Certified Public Accountants, building deep experience in accounting and tax matters for local and international companies.
Under his leadership, Al-Hafiz Consult has become a trusted reference for companies seeking precise, innovative Zakat and tax solutions, with full commitment to professionalism and transparency.

Over 18 years of experience in audit, governance, and internal controls. He has held key leadership positions and advised a wide range of clients across industries. Since 2016, he has led Allied Global Advisors’ Riyadh office. Previously, he served as Finance Manager in a development company and as Assistant Manager in Assurance at Ernst & Young, Riyadh, for 9 years. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University, he brings a balance of strategic insight and operational expertise.
